What makes us different

We are a Top-5 audit firm with high quality standards, but we are much less complex than a Big-4 firm.

We have the resources, skills and experience of a global firm, but the agility, accessibility, attention and commitment of a boutique firm. Our approach is practical and sensible, which leads to increased efficiency and less stress to our people.

Our commercial expertise sets us apart.

We are the fastest growing audit firm in the Cayman Islands. Most clients choose to work with us because we understand their business. It ensures a more efficient audit but also allows us to help our clients grow. There is a lot we can do as a trusted advisor to our clients and yet remain independent as their auditor.

Our people make a biggest difference.

We put people first, and we retain staff by offering permanent employment contracts as opposed to fixed term contracts that many of our competitors use. We make sure our people are happy. This results in much lower turnover which increases efficiency, lowers stress and enhances the overall employment relationship.

By focusing on what matters most to our people and the communities in which we serve, we have been able to differentiate the services we provide to our clients and enhance the overall experience of engaging with our firm. We are looking for Trainee Accountants to join our fast-growing audit team and become part of the experience.
