We are looking for Tax Associates to join our growing Tax audit team.
About the role:
Our professionals are thought leaders providing personalized attention and quality service to our clients.
By joining our Tax department, you will work closely with our leadership team, and fellow seniors providing our clients with the skills, information and knowledge to take on some of the biggest challenges in taxation. This opportunity will allow you to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations as a strategic consultant related to local and global tax solutions. The role includes the following responsibilities:
· Assist in the development of recommendations and implementation plans and assist in making quality decisions in complex areas.
· Prepare practical and effective approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.
· Allocate responsibilities to junior/staff auditors.
· Review junior team members’ work for accuracy and compliance.
· Perform effective risk and control assessments, including accounting technical matters.
· Share and collaborate effectively with others.
· Constantly develop your understanding of current tax developments and industry trends and processes and share your knowledge to develop junior colleagues by providing on the job training on audit skills and industry matters.
· Understand our clients’ unique ambitions and needs and demonstrate a dedication to continually improve our services and broaden our business relationships where possible.

What you need:
We are looking for fully qualified CA / ACA / ACCA / CPA candidates with a minimum of 1-year relevant United States partnership and/or corporate tax experience is required to join our fast-growing team, in addition to:
· A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in business accounting, finance or economics is required.
· Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Masters of Taxation or active pursuit of the aforementioned is preferred.
· Compliance and consulting experience for investment partnerships including hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds is preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages would be an asset but not required.
