Internship Programme

Are you Caymanian and between 16-25 years old? Applications are open for summer 2024. 

We provide an opportunity for you to engage with clients, firm leadership and peers. You will have an assigned buddy, receive coaching from experienced employees, be trained on soft skills, business etiquette and how to thrive in a team environment.

You will work with different departments over a six-week period for 20 hours spread across four days per week with an assigned mentor from each chosen department. These include Audit (local industry), Audit, (Asset Management industry), Business Risk Services, US Tax, People & Culture, Internal Finance, Marketing and Information Technology.

Graduate Programme

Graduating is an exciting time, but can often feel overwhelming at the prospect of “What’s next?”.

If you're a Caymanian who recently graduated from University and are looking for your first professional role while completing your accountancy qualification, Grant Thornton could be for you.

The Grant Thornton Graduate Programme was launched in 2018 to provide talented Caymanians with full time employment and financial and professional support towards their professional designation. As part of the Grant Thornton Graduate Programme, our team will guide you through each step of your journey and ensure you feel confident, supported, and empowered to build the career you want. 

As part of the Audit team you will get hands on experience working across a number of industries, the opportunity to build a professional network and ongoing mentor support from your colleagues.
