John Henry announced as Grant Thornton Specialist Services (Cayman) Limited’s newest Director and Appointment Taker

John Henry of Grant Thornton Specialist Services (“GTSS”) based in Grand Cayman has recently been promoted to Director and appointment taker as a result of his exceptional work in the field of offshore insolvency and asset tracing, his leadership, and focus on delivering high quality work to his clients.

John has been with Grant Thornton for over 10 years, having spent seven of those in the Cayman Islands; prior to this John worked in Grant Thornton’s complex insolvency team in London.

John has experience across a broad range of insolvency appointments, with a specialisation in the liquidation of funds, SPVs and holding companies which have often been subject to fraud, mismanagement or disputes between shareholders.

John has operated engagements in all major offshore jurisdictions, showing particular experience outside of Cayman in cross border matters with Hong Kong, Switzerland, and the eastern Caribbean. 

 

John says:
