Brad Graham is a Manager in the Insolvency team at Grant Thornton Specialist Services (GTSS) in the Cayman Islands, bringing a strong foundation in restructuring and asset realisation across corporate and personal sectors. He plays a key role in delivering complex wind-up and liquidation engagements, coordinating legal and financial workstreams, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Brad’s focus is on achieving practical outcomes for stakeholders while navigating the challenges of multi-jurisdictional insolvency matters.
Since joining GTSS in May 2024, Brad has taken on significant responsibilities and was promoted to Manager in March 2025, reflecting his ability to lead complex assignments and the trust placed in him by the firm. He has also completed the INSOL Foundations Course.
Prior to relocating to Cayman, he spent more than seven years working in insolvency in Melbourne, Australia, where he managed a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments, including voluntary administrations, court liquidations, and bankruptcies.

Relevant Experience
Brad has assumed management of a provisional liquidation of an NYSE‑listed company with over US$1.5 billion in assets and allegations of more than US$600 million being dissipated prior to appointment. His work has included asset recovery efforts and coordinating litigation across Hong Kong, the PRC and the British Virgin Islands.
He also has experience in the liquidation of a Trinidad‑based entity with liabilities of approximately US$4.2 billion. His responsibilities included overseeing staged land bank sales of one of the largest land portfolios in Trinidad, preparing estimated outcome statements, reporting to creditors, including Government, and conducting general investigation work.
Brad has assisted in managing the official liquidation of a Cayman holding company from which US$270 million in net assets, intended for charitable purposes, were transferred away prior to appointment. His involvement included investigating the dissipation of assets, pursuing injunctions, and assisting with claims for breach of fiduciary duty and misfeasance against former directors.
Brad has also played a key role in shaping the strategy for a large, multi‑jurisdictional KYC exercise involving more than 1,300 investors across 80+ countries. His contribution included formulating a distribution strategy, developing approaches designed to meet Cayman AML requirements, and preparing the risk‑based policies used to govern distributions to a diverse global investor base.
