Kayleigh Wright is Director, People & Culture at Grant Thornton Cayman Islands. She works closely with the firm’s leadership team to develop and deliver its people strategy, supporting the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of its people.
Her responsibilities span talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, reward, workforce planning, learning and development, and employment and immigration compliance. She also supports the firm’s continued growth by developing people practices that strengthen organisational capability and create a positive employee experience.
With experience supporting employees and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, Kayleigh brings a practical and collaborative approach to complex people matters. She is passionate about developing talent, strengthening leadership capability, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture where people can grow and thrive.
